In consideration for this credential, I hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Marathon (which shall include the Philadelphia Marathon, Half-Marathon, Kids Fun Run, Rothman Institute 8K, and the Health and Fitness Expo), Fund for Philadelphia, Inc., City of Philadelphia, Fairmount Park Commission, and each of their affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, employees, contractors, sponsors, volunteers, vendors, successors and assigns (the Released Parties) on behalf of myself, heirs, executors, and anyone else who may have an interest, from and against any and all suits, injury, demands, and claims I may have against the Released Parties, for any and all injury, loss, damage, or expenses of any nature whatsoever (including attorney's fees) suffered or caused by me with respect to all Marathon events, including all pre-Marathon and post-Marathon activities. Further, I grant the Released Parties the absolute right and permission to use my name, voice, likeness, or images of me (and/or any derivative thereof) in photographs, publications, advertising materials, live or recorded television, the Internet or any other media, or other transmission or reproduction in any other media, without further compensation, consideration, or notice or permission to me, including commercial advertising (the Materials). I also grant the Released Parties permission to copyright my image. I understand that I do not own the copyright or any other interest to any of the Materials, and I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished use of the Materials.
